ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Intern will gain deep, transferrable, and marketable expertise as well as gain exposure to the broader business and product strategy.
This role will be a key player advancing critical Marketing projects and initiatives while reporting to and partnering closely with the Director of Marketing. Key initiatives will include:
-Website strategy
-Marketing automation
-Cost-Per-Click digital advertising
-Demand generation
-PR strategy and execution
What this role looks like on a day-to-day basis:
- Developing and executing campaigns and programs to increase the number marketable leads and the number of paying customers
- Improving the functionality of our marketing channels and program performance, particularly the website through SEO optimizations, UX and content.
- Compiling, analyzing, and leveraging data to make recommendations and to help continually improve campaigns and marketing performance.
- Improving our data quality through lead management and data cleansing
- Setting up and optimizing with A/B testing email nurture campaigns
- Creating content to be leveraged across channels, including landing pages, social media, sales materials and more.
- Conducting industry and competitive research
- Drafting, creating, and publishing social media content
- Being part of and contributing to key decisions impacting marketing and business development
- Event marketing promotion and execution, including post-event Sales partnership.
