What’s New in Pavillio: Q2 Product Updates Built for You
What if every update in Pavillio made your agency feel lighter, faster, and more in control? That’s the vision behind this quarter’s improvements to Pavillio. We’ve reimagined how you manage payments, adapted to shifting CFSS requirements, and made scheduling more flexible than ever, so you can keep moving forward with confidence.
This quarter’s launch includes:
- A new way to manage private pay and spenddown balances with Pavillio Payments
- How we’re supporting new DHS Requirements for CFSS with built-in flexibility
- Even more ways to master smarter scheduling with Schedule
Pavillio Payments: Collect Private Pay & Spenddown Balances in Pavillio
Say goodbye to mailed checks and tracking down invoices. With Pavillio Payments, you can seamlessly manage private payments and spenddowns from service delivery through money in your bank account, directly within Pavillio.
Pavillio Payments allows your clients and responsible parties to:
- Pay online via secure links sent with invoices
- View balances and history through their client portal
- Receive refunds and receipts without the need for manual follow-up
If your agency is looking to expand its private pay services, this convenient feature helps you save time, reduce costs, and get paid faster, all while improving the experience for clients and families. If you’re ready to activate Pavillio Payments, reach out to our support team to get started.
CFSS Updates: Supporting New DHS Requirements with Built-In Flexibility
As Minnesota DHS continues its rollout of the CFSS (Community First Services and Supports) program, we’ve adapted Pavillio to support new billing and documentation models.
Recent updates include:
- Bill based on authorized dollar amounts, not time units. Users can input and manage service delivery based on allocated dollar amounts rather than time units.
- Support for “amount-based” service agreements for Worker Training & Development (U9) codes
- >Upcoming support for AU 9 UD codes which will allow billing for classroom-style, charge-based services (not tied to time spent)
- A new, customizable supervision form that QPs can use to document activities and notes, pulled directly from care plans
We’re building in as much automation as possible, to help you can stay compliant without losing valuable time.
Scheduler Enhancements: Even More Ways to Master Smarter Scheduling
We continue to make enhancements to Scheduler, our powerful, flexible tool designed to streamline the creation, management, and editing of client and employee schedules.
Released earlier this year, Scheduler enhances administrative flexibility, improves schedule visibility, and elevates the caregiver experience.
Recent updates to our Scheduler include:
- The introduction of Solver, which helps fill open shifts faster by taking all client and staff preferences and availability and merging them together to create the best possible schedule for everyone
- Enhanced scheduling types, such as client location-based scheduling and scheduling for event-type appointments (like doctor visits or training blocks) to better reflect real-world needs.
- Ongoing enhancements for residential providers who need more flexible, centralized calendar tools.
If you haven’t used the Scheduler yet, this is a great time to explore it, especially if you support group homes or day programs.
