Simplify care coordination and stay compliant with Scheduler
Agencies will enjoy greater administrative flexibility and deeper visibility into schedules, while caregivers take advantage of a simplified scheduling experience.
- Create recurring schedules and avoid repetitive scheduling tasks.

- Report on missed visits to follow up with clients and caregivers.
- View the interactive calendar dashboard for a customized, color-coded view of schedules by visit type, time frames, and visit details.

Scheduler is available now. New functionality will continue to be added to Scheduler, including the ability to take all client and staff preferences and availability and merge them together to create the best possible schedule for everyone.
Power up your billing process with flexible private pay management
Is managing private pay is a focus for your agency? These new enhancements streamline billing, reduce administrative work, and ensure payments are allocated accurately.
- Create your own service codes and set individual rates for those service codes.
- Assign multiple payees per client – and specify what percentage each payee is responsible for – and divvy up responsibility for cost of care.
- Track visits and payments through the billing cycle, gaining better visibility into outstanding balances and payment status.
Next quarter, Pavillio’s private pay offerings will continuing to evolve, including the introduction of the ability to securely request and collect payments via credit card.
Minnesota tiered rates automatically applied for accurate billing
To support updated Minnesota Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) billing requirements, Pavillio now includes employee experience levels directly in their profiles. This means providers no longer need to manually adjust billing rates; Pavillio automatically applies the correct DHS rate tier based on hours worked.
It’s one more way Pavillio helps you stay accurate, compliant, and efficient, without any extra work.
Daily authorization efficiency at work behind the scenes
Authorizations now come straight into Pavillio without any downloading, printing, or re-keying required. Service agreements from Minnesota DHS are automatically pulled in overnight, parsed, and pre-populated into Pavillio. You simply review, accept, and save. This is a huge time-saver and ensures key details are captured accurately, without the manual lift.
