Founded in April 2022, CJS Community Services started providing services to its first client in October 2022. It has grown to serving 15 Twin Cities-based clients over the past year with an exclusive focus today on delivering housing stabilization service
Challenge
The company was starting up and needed a trusted partner and technology platform to automate its billing and operations. It also needed a partner with plans designed for each stage of agency growth and with deep industry knowledge, including supporting housing stabilization services.
Solution
CJS Community Services was referred to Pavillio by a trusted CEO & President of another Minnesota-based community services agency who showed the team how easy it is to send billing to DHS and MCOs.
That recommendation and product demonstration was so strong the CJS Community Services team didn’t evaluate any other platforms.
