Account Executive – Software Sales

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious sales professional who is energetic and results-driven with a background in healthcare software sales.
  • Understand our customers business and advise how the Cashé Pavillio platform can ease pain points and increase efficiencies and productivity 
  • Plan and deliver sale strategies 
  • Build, generate and maintain qualified sales leads 
  • Manage and track sales pipelines focused on results 
  • Develop multi-state opportunities and expand existing market 
  • Work with internal team members to enhance demos that further communicate offerings 
  • Follow up and follow through on opportunities both new and old 
  • Work with internal teams to drive campaigns, webinars, demos 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding 
  • Attend conferences to meet and share Pavillio capabilities 
  • You roll with the punches and see things as learning opportunities 
  • You are a consummate professional 
  • You can think strategically and big picture while not losing sight of the smaller pictures 
  • You set and meet goals and do what it takes to achieve those 
  • You know your product and the marketplace 
  • You have a working knowledge of the healthcare industry (home health care is a plus!) 
  • You have the ability to reach customer decision-makers 
  • You dive deep into customer needs and can translate those needs into a solution 
  • You consider yourself to be an overachiever 
  • You understand sales cycles and use that information to keep on track and moving forward 
  • You have the ability to use non-technical language to highlight the software capabilities and drive customer understanding and engagement 
  • You are very organized and can manage your time 
  • You are passionate and want to grow

  • You can manage accounts with superior customer service skills

  • Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) in a Healthcare environment 
  • Bachelors/Technical Degree 
  • 3+ years’ experience in Software Healthcare Sales 
  • Proven track record 
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office
